DEPOSITS

All of our photography sessions require some type of deposit. The prices may vary due to the type of shoot or arrangement with each particular client. Deposits are only refundable for 24 hours and go toward your total balance. So if your session is $100 and your deposit is $50, once it is paid you will only owe the $50 difference. Makes sense? Good!

PAYMENT

After your deposit is paid and your session is scheduled, you have up until the day of your shoot to pay your remaining balance. We accept all of our payments via our Website, PayPal, Zelle, Cash, Cashier's Check, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Sessions are non refundable and may be rescheduled within 30 days with a 1 week notice prior to your initially scheduled date.

TIME

When booking a photo session your time starts promptly at whatever time slot was booked. There is a 15 minute grace period for all sessions to begin & end. Sessions extend no more than 15 minutes over the scheduled time. If additional time is required, the additional time must be paid in full at the time of the request and billed at $80/hr

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I [known as the model] for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize A-Noun Gallery to use photographs or video of me and or my property and authorize him and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, videos, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of my likeness, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.

IMAGES

After your session is completed, you will receive a private link to your images within 24-48 hours. After confirming you received the link, you have up to 1 week to select your images for retouching. These images will have a "A-Noun Gallery" watermark for security purposes and may not be uploaded to any website other than A-Noun Gallery & its affiliates. These marked images are not allowed to be altered or have the watermarks removed even by request. Once you have made your selection, the images will be released without the watermark. When choosing your photos, please do so by choosing images that are best posed, the best facial expression, and are clear, not blurry images. As we upload all of the images, you may receive test shots that look like, "Why would you take this photo?" Do not be alarmed they are test shots. We do our best to go over images before uploading them for retouch selection. Retouching time frames differ from session to session. Leave the rest to us.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES

In the event that you'd like to have even more images retouched, cool! Additional retouching is $30 per image and is billed with a new invoice. Photographs from your sessions will remain available to you for no longer than 30 days after your session is completed. Any requests for additional photos will be sent over to our "Book A-Noun Gallery" section.

RIGHTS & RESERVATIONS

The final images you receive are yours. You may do anything you wish with them and to them other than reselling them [for commercial inquiries, please contact us]. A-Noun Gallery reserves the right to use, claim, post, edit, sell or re-brand any images or video content as need be with or without the permission or consent of the subject, guardian and or purchaser of the session.

CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULES

Due to the deposit policy, cancellations are not considered refundable. Refunds are only available for 24 hours after a deposit is paid. Any cancellations after 24 hours will result in the loss of the security deposit, a new deposit will be required and the booking process is to be repeated. You may choose to reschedule your session at any time up-until 3 Days prior to your scheduled session. All reschedules become subject to a $50 rescheduling fee due at the time of rescheduling.
