Events

DEPOSITS

All of our photography sessions require some type of deposit. The prices may vary due to the type of shoot or arrangement with each particular client. Deposits are only refundable for 24 hours and go toward your total balance. So if your session is $100 and your deposit is $50, once it is paid you will only owe the $50 difference. Makes sense? Good!

PAYMENT

After your deposit is paid and your session is scheduled, you have up until the day of your shoot to pay your remaining balance. We accept all of our payments via our Website, PayPal, Zelle, Cash, Cashier's Check, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Sessions are non refundable and may be rescheduled within 30 days with a 1 week notice prior to your initially scheduled date.

TIME

When booking a photo session your time starts promptly at whatever time slot was booked. There is a 15 minute grace period for all sessions to begin & end. Sessions extend no more than 15 minutes over the scheduled time. If additional time is required, the additional time must be paid in full at the time of the request and billed at $80/hr

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand that A-Noun Gallery is using these premises to shoot content. As such, I grant A-Noun Gallery the right to record images, likeness, voice, etc. for the purpose of this production. Producers may edit any material recorded in any way they see fit. Producers may use any of the material in any marketing and/or publicity campaigns, or in any other method that is associated with the production, but that they are not required to use any of it if it does not work for their purposes. I understand that I will not be compensated in any way for the recording and/or use of images, likeness, voice, etc.

IMAGES

After your session is completed, you will receive a private link of all the images within 24-48 hours. As we upload all of the images, you may receive test shots that look like, "Why would you take this photo?" Do not be alarmed they are test shots. We do our best to go over images before sending them.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES

Photographs from your event will remain available to you for no longer than 7 days after your session is completed. Any requests for additional photos will be sent over to our "Book A-Noun Gallery" section.

RIGHTS & RESERVATIONS

The final images you receive are yours. You may do anything you wish with them and to them other than reselling them [for commercial inquiries, please contact us]. A-Noun Gallery reserves the right to use, claim, post, edit, sell or re-brand any images or video content as need be with or without the permission or consent of the subject, and or purchaser of the session.

CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULES

Due to the deposit policy, cancellations are not considered refundable. Refunds are only available for 24 hours after a deposit is paid. Any cancellations after 24 hours will result in the loss of the security deposit, a new deposit will be required and the booking process is to be repeated. You may choose to reschedule your session at any time up-until 3 Days prior to your scheduled session. All reschedules become subject to a $50 rescheduling fee due at the time of rescheduling.
